About Us

AQC is owned and operated by Deanna Presson and Kim Parke. Since 1999, AQC has grown from a part time model home cleaning company to a full service post construction clean and maintenance cleaning company.

Deanna Presson was a flight attendant for USAirways for 8 years and left the airline to start a family. After spending 2 yrs at home she was given an opportunity to clean models homes for an area builder.

Kim Parke has a marketing degree from Radford University, in Radford, VA and over the years has been the owner of an independent insurance agency, an area manager for a local staffing service and involved in the sales field.

Deanna approached Kim 6 yrs ago to begin a partnership in the cleaning business that she had started. After one year the business grew to a size where employees where hired and the business was incorporated.

Today it continues to grow by leaps and bounds, and their reputation as a thorough and trustworthy company has landed them some wonderful opportunities.
